My name is Dale and I started with the simple idea of bringing the best from me to you. There are some really good people in this great industry of ours, tirelessly toiling away day after day seemingly overlooked and largely ignored by the general public and those they serve; that's not right. We make an enormous and essential contribution to the lives of everyone who commute via bus, car, motorbike and cycle.   

You don't choose this business - it chooses you. The Tarmac industry is raw. It's about finding out who you are. It beats you down only to build you back up again. This isn't something we just do for a payday, it's who you are. Thrive or starve, we do this as a family. It's a dirty job, but an honourable one.
